A few things to know.
Do customers need an app?
No. Use the private web card and add a pass to Apple or Google Wallet where available.
Does joining require an account?
No. A verified customer account is optional and can recover cards linked to it.
Can I hold cards from different businesses?
Yes. Linked cards appear together, with each merchant’s rewards and balances separate.
What if I lose my phone?
Sign in to recover linked cards. For unlinked cards with a lost private URL, ask the merchant for identity-checked assistance.
Who approves stamps?
Authorized staff approve qualifying purchases and redemptions. Customers cannot give themselves stamps.
