Information we use

We store customer names, card identifiers, enrollment dates, visits, rewards, and account links. Authentication uses email and password credentials managed by our authentication provider. Demo requests include your name, business, email, optional phone, and message.

Purpose and access

We use information to operate loyalty programs, restore linked cards, authenticate accounts, prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries. Enrollment does not subscribe you to marketing. Authorized merchant staff can view their program’s customer activity.

Service providers

Hosting, database, authentication, wallet issuance, and email delivery use service providers. Some processing may occur outside Canada. Essential session cookies keep accounts signed in. We use access controls to separate merchant records.

Your choices

Contact remiliu6@gmail.com for access, correction, or deletion requests. Requests are identity checked; applicable obligations and merchant reward records may affect deletion.

Before launch

Final retention periods, provider disclosures, business contact details, and applicable Canadian privacy requirements must be reviewed before this pilot notice becomes final.
